Debate is TOMORROW!!!! In the CAF!!!! 8pm!!!! Go Terry!
Teach for America girl is not here. Oh well.
Door-knock:
Thursday, Oct. 30th, at 7pm. Meet at 6:45pm in the Courtyard Café. All dorms if possible.
Sunday, Nov. 2nd, at 3pm. Meet at 2:45pm in the Courtyard Café. All dorms if possible.
Midnight Madness!!! (Lit Drop at midnight on Monday, Nov. 3rd/Election Morning)
Chalking campus too!!!! AND SPRAY PAINT THE ROCK!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
Van Drivers: Please, do NOT wear Dems or campaign related shirt. If you do, please throw a jacket or sweatshirt over it! We don’t want to discourage anyone from voting!

Predictions??? There will be prizes
Mandy and Drew are getting food from BWW and Godfathers
Door prizes from Target, maybe a elephant piñata and pin the tail on the donkey,
and more chalk
Amy Erickson is doing DONKEY COOKIES!!! And food for Linner Lounge
Next meeting is MONDAY at 5PM!!!!
Walz will be here on MONDAY, time TBD

Pub Fest is cancelled.
Meeting with Ohle tonight to discuss Conservative-Christian issues on campus
Possible speaker – former Islamic extremist
GOTV stuff:
Eric Nelson is helping us! We will have walk lists for both on and off-campus. Goal is to hit the dorms 3 times on Election Day! Not completely sure how this will happen without really bugging the crap outta people….. We are making lists so we hopefully bug people less….
We still can use more volunteers for Door-knocking, Election Day and Midnight Madness! Chat with your roommate, your classmates, anyone, and get them to help out!!! Please e-mail Kacy (kwothe@gac.edu) or me (amcmulla@gac.edu) if you would like to help out!!!!
Amy (me) is talking to Dining Services about sandwich boards for Election Day.

Pizza and Politics – Thursday, Oct. 16th at 7pm in Confer-Vickner 127/128
Debate the Presidential Debates!
DLC is doing a block allocation so we will be working with them to get stuff funded
GOTV training! Saturday, Oct. 11th from 5-7pm in Mankato (on Mankato State campus). Talk to Kacy if you want to attend!
Speaking of…. GOTV is coming up quickly! We will be doing a ton of stuff so get ready! Think lit drops in the dorms, hanging outside of the academic buildings on Election Day!
And then we party! Election Night party will be in the Dive! Big THANK YOU to Terry Morrow for donating $500 for this! If you have food requests or ideas, please send me (amcmulla@gac.edu) and I will get those ideas forwarded on! So far, we are thinking boneless wings from BWW and pizza and donkey cookies and cake. Basically, its gonna be fricken sweet!!!!

Saturday, Oct. 18th – Tim Walz breakfast with former VP Mondale
Nicollet County Historical Center off of 169 FREE!!!! 9am

McCain campaign has supplied the republicans with cell phones so they can make phone calls.
Trying to get Coleman or his “wife” on campus
They don’t like us because we are “not nice” and will not be sending a liaison to the Dems
Meeting this week at 4:30 on Tuesday (I’ll be there)
They have an elephant cookie cutter
We do have TWO DONKEY COOKIE CUTTERS NOW!!!! WOOHOO!!!!
If you have been certified to drive the big GAC vans, please send me (amcmulla@gac.edu) and e-mail so we can figure out how many drivers we have for Election Day!
